摘要
本文观察了单纯注射超氧化物歧化酶和脂质体及脂肪乳携带超氧化物歧化酶渗入小白鼠红细胞的能力。发现脂质体及脂肪乳携带超氧化物歧化酶渗入小白鼠红细胞的能力比单纯注射超氧化物歧化酶大(P<0.05～0.01)。该结果为解决超氧化物歧化酶渗入细胞发挥治疗作用提供了简易方法和实验根据。
The ability of pure superoxide dismutase or carried by different liposome and fat emulsion permeating to the erythrocyte ofmice was observed. It was discovered that the permeating ability of different Liposome and fat emulsion carrying superoxidedismutase was larger than pure superoxide dismutase (P<0.05～0.01). Based on the experimental evidence the simple methodcould be used for the treatment of disease
