摘要
本文应用系数倍率法能消除吡罗昔康霜中基质的干扰,不经提取分离直接测定吡罗昔康的含量。方法简便快速,其平均回收率为99.72%,变异系数为1.02%(n=7)。
Piroxicam cream was dissolved in 0.1mol/L NaOH. by warming and shaken thoroughly. After filtration, the filtrate wasdiluted with 0.1mol/LNaOH. The solution was analyzed by K-Ratio spectrophotometry at 309 and 352 nm. The average re-covery was 99.7% (n=7). the coefficient of variation was 1.02%。Precision and accuracy were good. The method is conve-nient and easy to operate.
