摘要
本文报告采用反相高效液相色谱法测定氯丙咪嗪的血药浓度,并在6名健康志愿者中用自身前后对照的方法对国产与瑞士进口氯丙咪嗪片的药物代谢动力学及其生物利用度进行了对照研究,结果表明,两种片剂的体内过程相同,各项代谢动力学参数经t检验均无显著性差异(P>0.05),国产片相对于进口片的生物利用度为80%。
The concentration of clomipramine in esrum was determined by RP-HPLC, in order to comparepharmacokinetics and bioavailability of domestic produced clomipramine tablets with imported clomipraminetablets from Switzerland. We did contrast research test in 6 healthy volunteers by self-contrast after singledose, the results showed, that the serum concentration-time course of both tablets was the same, parame-ters of all pharmacokinetics were not statistically significant (P>0.05). The bioavailability of dometicproduced tablets VS imported tablets is about 80%.
