五种头孢菌素与常用输液配伍的稳定性 被引量:24

摘要 本实验采用紫外分光光度法测定了五种头孢菌素类抗生素(即头孢唑啉钠、头孢哌酮钠、头孢噻甲羧肟、头孢唑肟钠、头孢三嗪)的含量及其与常用输液配伍的稳定性。结果表明:头孢唑啉钠、头孢哌酮钠、头孢唑肟钠、头孢噻甲羧肟与蒸馏水、生理盐水溶液、10%葡萄糖溶液在室温下(25~30℃) 配伍稳定,24h内含量变化不大。头孢三嗪与10%葡萄糖溶液配伍后6h含量低于原含量90%,故不宜与葡萄糖溶液配伍使用。本实验还提示此类药物在弱酸条件下较为稳定。本实验结果可供临床配伍使用参考。 UV spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of five cephalospo- rins, i. e. cefazolin, cefoperazone, ceftazidime, ceftizoxime and ceftriaxone, and to test their concentration chang after combination with routine transfusion solu- tions. The result showed that cefazolin, cefoperazone, ceftazidime and ceftizoxine were stable when combined with distilled water,normal saline,or 10% glucose solution under room temperature (25~30℃), the content of which changed very little within 24 hours. The combination of ceftriaxone with 10% glucose solution was unstable,for its content turned to be less than 90% of the original content 6 hours after combination. Our result also suggested that these cephalosporins were relatively stable under slight acidic conditions, which was informative to clin ical combinational usage.
