摘要
本文以硅胶G为吸附剂,以正已烷——乙酸乙酯(99:1)为展开剂,分离了苍术中主要有效成分苍术素,用双波长薄层扫描仪进行了含量测定,对有效成分苍术素的测定条件、稳定性、标准曲线及与分离条件有关的色谱参数进行了研究,并进行了样品分析。本法测定的回收率在98%以上,变异系数小于5%。
The isolation and quantitative determination of atractylodin in β-cyclodextr-
in inclusion of atractylodes oil was studied. With silica gel G as adsorbent.
Conditions for stable determination were selected. The recovery was more than
98%, and coefficient of variation (cv) less than 5%.
