摘要
经过975例多种过敏疾病的临床治疗观察,固本消敏汤总有效率为84.8%(117/138),西药对照组为62.4%(164/263)。该方对支气管哮喘、过敏性鼻炎、荨麻疹的有效率分别为88.5%(23/26)、87.5%(28/32)和75.3%(63/77)。与特异性脱敏合用治疗也明显优于脱敏对照组(p<0.05)。实验证实固本消敏汤可抑制特异IgE水平的增高,有促进PHA、ConA诱导淋巴细胞增殖的作用。用体外淋巴细胞培养法作析因分析,对该方药物的主要作用及可能的交互作用作了初步探索。
915 cases of various kinds of allergic diseases treated with Gu Ben Xiao Min decoction (treatment group) and Western Medicine (control group) had been observed in clinic. The total effective rate of the treatment group was 84.8%(117/138), the control group was 62.4%(164/263).The effective rate of this decoction for treating bronchial asthma, allergic rhinitis and urticaria were respectively 88.5% (23/26), 87.5%(28/32) and 75.3% (63/77). The treatment effect of this decoction with specific desensitizer was markedly superior to that of control group (p<0.05). The experiment had proved that this decoction could inhibit specific IgE to increase, and promote PHA, conA to induce lymphocyte proliferating.
