摘要
高校学生干部是联系学生和教师的桥梁与纽带 ,高校学生干部队伍是学校教育、管理工作中的重要力量之一。学生干部队伍的建设必须严把选拔关、强化培养观、把好使用关 ,使之成为一支高素质、高水平的队伍。
Student leaders in colleges and universities are a bridge or link to connect students and teachers. They play an important part in teaching and organization there. The team should be strictly-chosen,highly-trained and well-used to make it highly-qualified and top-levelled.
