摘要
活动性类风湿性关节炎的主要病机是热毒湿瘀互结,痹阻经隧骨骱。以清热解毒、利湿通络为主的三土汤治疗52例,有效率为90.4%;(九王)痹冲剂对照观察51例,有效率为62.7%,经统计学处理p<0.01。临床观察与实验结果提示三土汤具有较强的抗炎作用,并对异常的体液免疫反应有一定的抑制作用。
The main pathologic mechanisms of active rheumatiod arthritis are heat toxicity together with damp stagnation to block channels and bones. 52 cases had been treated with Santu decoction for clearing heat and relieving toxicity as well as dissipating damp and dredging channels, its effective rate was 90.4%. 51 cases of control group had been observed by Wangbi powder, its effective rate was 62.7%. The results of statistics was p<0.01. The results of clinical observation and experiment suggested that Santu decoction has stronger action on antiinflammation and a certain inhibition on abnormal action of the humoral immunity.
