摘要
在河北省食管癌高发区,经食管脱落细胞学拉网确诊食管上皮细胞重度增生252例,随机分为治疗组和对照组。经口服复方党参丸2年,结果治疗组细胞学好转率71.7%,癌变率2.8%;对照组分别为50.0%和10.0%,统计学处理p<0.01。表明复方党参丸对阻断食管癌前病变有一定疗效。
252 cases of heavy hyperplasia of epithelial cells of esophagus diagnosed by cast-off cytology of esophagus determined with netdrawing had been divided into treatment group and control group at high attack region of esophagus cancer in Hebei province. Compound Dangshen pill was given to the treatment group for 2 years. These results showed that the improvement rate of cytology for the treatment group was 71.7%, the canceration rate was 2.8%; while the control group was 50.0%, 10.0% respectively (p<0.01). It showed that this drug has a certain effect on blacking precancerous lesion of esophagus.
