Heparanase及bFGF在胃癌组织中的表达及其与胃癌侵袭转移的关系

摘要 目的:探讨乙酰肝素酶(HeparanaseHPA)及碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)在胃癌组织中的表达及其与胃癌生物学行为的关系。方法:RT-PCR法检测HPAmRNA在胃癌组织中的表达,同时应用免疫组织化学法检测bFGF蛋白在胃癌组织中的表达。结果:HPAmRNA的高表达与胃癌的大体类型、浸润深度、细胞分化程度及组织学生长方式、淋巴结转移、腹膜转移、TNM分期呈正相关;而与肿瘤大小无明显关系。bFGF与浸润深度及TNM分期呈正相关。HPA与bFGF共同表达的病例腹膜转移率、淋巴结转移率、腹腔脱落癌细胞检出率均明显增高。结论:HPA在胃癌组织中的表达增高。HPA及bFGF的表达与胃癌的恶性程度密切相关,在胃癌的侵袭转移中发挥重要作用。两者共同表达时恶性程度明显增高。 Objective: To study the Expression of Heparanase and bFGF and the relationship with the biologic behavior of gastric cancer. Methods: The Expression of HPAmRNA in Gastric Cancer was studied by RT-PCR, the Expression of bFGF protein was studied by immunohistochemistry. Results: The positive group showed a significantly differentiation in gross appearance, depth of invasion, histology and growth stale, lymph node metastasis, peritoneal dissemination and TNM stage, But no significant differences in tumor size. The high expression of bFGF showed a significantly differentiation in depth of invasion and TNM stage. The patients of both HPA positive and bFGF positive have high positive rate in peritoneal dissemination, lymph node metastasis and ECC. Conclusion: HPA shows high expression in gastric cancer tissues and takes a key role in invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer cells.
