摘要
本文通过对43例患者的经后期、经前期、行经期进行盆腔血流图测定,发现患者三期的波形多为异常,经前期左侧流入时间延长,经后期、经前期h_2/h_1高于正常等,均提示盆腔血流受阻,冲任胞宫血行瘀滞。又对41例患者进行血液流变学测定,结果表明除Z^(S-1)外,全血粘度低切变较正常对照组增高,血浆粘度极度增高,血小板电泳时间延长。说明周身经络气血亦处于瘀血阻滞的病理状态。结果揭示冲任阻滞是月经病寒凝血瘀证的病机关键。
The pelvic tachogram of 43 cases with cold agglutinaton and blood stagnation syndrome during postmenstruation, premenstruation and menstruation had been determined. The author found that the waves of the three durations were abnormal; the flowing into time on the left side prolonged during premenstruation; h2/h1 was higher than normality during postmenstruation and premenstruation, etc. These suggested that the pelvic blood flow was blocked, the blood flow in Chong-ren channel and uterus was stagnated. And blood rheolgy of 41 cases had been also determined. Those results showed that the shear stress of whole viscosity was higher than that of control group, the plasma viscosity extremely increased, the platelet electrophoresis time prolonged. It indicated that the qi and blood, channels and collaterals of whole body were in the pathological condition of stagnation of blood. These results revealed that bock of Chong-ren channel was the key link of pathology of cold agglutination and stagnation of blood of menopathy.
