奋乃静的二阶导数高速脉冲极谱测定法 被引量:3

QUANTITATIVE DETERMINATION OF PERPHENAZINE BY SECONDARY DERIVATIVE HIGH-SPEED PULSE POLAROGRAPHY

摘要 运用二阶导数高速脉冲极谱法对奋乃静及其制剂进行定量测定。在含氢氧化钠-磷酸二氢钾的乙醇和水的底液中,于0.10V(vs Ag/AgCl)处出现良好的导数峰,于1.4×10^(-4)~7.4×10^(-4)mol/L 范围内,导数峰幅值与药物浓度呈线性关系。检测限为7.4×10^(-9)mol/L。方法简便、快速、灵敏,结果准确。 The secondary derivative high-speed pulse polarography was de-veloped for the determination of perphenazine and its preparation.By usingethanol-water solution containing sodium hydroxide and potassium dihydrogenphosphate,there was very good derivative peak at 0.10V(vs Ag/AgCl).The line-ar relationship between concentration and peak height was obtained in the conc-entration range of 1.4×10^(-4)~7.4×10^(-4)mol/L.The determination limit was7.4×10^(-9)mol/L.This method is simple,rapid,sensitive and accurate.
