以 L-谷氨酸为原料经分子内脱水、酯化、格氏反应和 LiAlH_4还原,制备了重要手性助剂(S)-(?)-α,α-二苯基-2-吡咯烷甲醇,总收率59%。
(S)-(-)-α,α-Diphenyl-2-pyrrolidinemethanol,an important chiralauxiliary,was enantioselectively synthesized from L-glutamic acid in 59% overallyield by four steps.
