摘要
作者概述了以 6 0 6 3合金为代表的 Al- Mg- Si系铝合金型材的生产工艺过程 ,从理论上分析了 6 0 6 3合金型材生 产过程中的各个工艺参数对形成型材表面暗斑的影响趋势 ,提出了各工艺参数的控制范围。
The production process of Al-Mg-Si system as representation of 6063 alloy are summarized in the article. The effect trends of various process parameters of 6063 alloy profiles during processing on the surface spot of profiles are analyzed mechanically and controlling ranges of various process parameters are put foward in the paper.
