摘要
报道了一种从牛血制备 Cu,Zn-SOD 的新工艺,操作简单,成本低廉。先以 Tsuchihashi 的氯仿-乙醇法除去血红蛋白,再经热变性、超滤和缓冲液提取。200L 牛血可获得比活为5562u/mg 的 Cu,Zn-SOD 9.7g,活性回收率84%。
Copper-zinc superoxide dismutase from fresh bovine erythrocyteswas isolated and purified by a simple and cheap method,including Tsuchihashi(chloroform-ethanol)fractionation,heating degeneration,ultrafiltration and bufferextraction.The purified SOD of 9.7g with a specific activity of 5562u/mg(recovery 84%)was obtained from 200 L of bovine blood.
