摘要
一株人肺腺癌裸小鼠异种移植瘤(LAX-83)移植于免疫正常小鼠(ICR)或裸小鼠(Swiss-n/n的肾囊膜下,在较短时间内进行9个药物的药敏试验。结果表明二者的药物敏感性是相平行的。
A human pulmonary adenocarcinoma xenograft(LAX-83)wastransplanted into the subrenal capsules of either immunocompetent mice(ICRstrain)or nude mice(Swiss-n/n).Nine antitumor agents were administered tomice bearing LAX-83 in a week period.The positive rates in both cases weresimilar.
