摘要
硅胶粉可以避免布洛芬片压片过程中的粘冲问题,以薄膜包衣代替糖衣制片,工艺简单,过程较短,稳定性符合要求。
Silica powder was used in preparation of ibuprofen tablets to solvethe problem of sticking in compression.Hardness,disintegration time,dissolutionrate of the tablets were also improved Film-coated tablets were made instead ofsugar-coated ones,and they showed a lot of advantages over the latter.
