摘要
采用双波长吸光度比值法,不经分离,直接测定苯甲酸的含量,采用紫外分光光度法测定水杨酸的含量,平均回收率分别为100.1%,100.7%,cv 分别为0.38%,0.41%。方法简便、快速、精确。
Using dual wavelength absorbance ratio method,benzoic acid andsalicylic acid in the preparations were determined.The average recovery for ben-zoic acid and salicylic acid was found to be 100.1 and 100.7%.The coefficientof variation was 0.38 and 0.41%.The method was simple,rapid and precise.
