热轧带钢卷带及其冷却过程AlN沉淀析出模拟研究 被引量:6

STUDY ON THE AlN PRECIPITATION HARDENING SIMULATION OF HOT ROLLED STEEL DURING COIL COOLING

摘要 模拟研究了热轧普碳钢带在卷后冷却过程中 Al N沉淀析出的情况及其对热轧钢带最终力学性能的影响 ,结果表明 ,在相同冷却速率条件下 ,卷带温度越高 ,Al N沉淀析出量越多 ,固溶氮越少。冷却速率越快 ,Al N沉淀析出量越少 ,固溶氮越多。不同的工艺参数条件下 ,可以获得相同的 Al N沉淀析出效果。 The AlN precipitation of hot rolled plain carbon steel coils during cooling after coiling and its effect on the mechanical properties of the coils were numerically investigated. The results show that the higher the coiling temperature the more the AlN precipitates ( or the less solid solution nitrogen) under the same cooling rate. The faster the cooling rate, the less the AlN precipitates ( or the more solid solution nitrogen). The same AlN precipitation can be achieved under different controllable processing parameters.
