摘要
2,4-二氯氟苯是合成喹诺酮类抗生素的重要中间体,随着环丙氟哌酸的广泛应用,国内外2,4-二氯氟苯需求急剧增加.在此概述了由2,4-二氯苯胺经过重氮化、置换制得2,4-二氯氟苯的生产新工艺,产品纯度达到99.2%,收率50.2%.新工艺具有安全可靠,原材料易得,成本较低,产品纯度高等优点,比较适宜于工业化生产.
2,4-Dichlorofluorobenzene is an organic intermediate for synthesizing ciprofloxacin,a broadspectrum antibiotics.With increasing consumption of ciprofloxacin,the demand for 2,4-Dichlorofluorobenzene is increasing at home and abroad.2,4-Dichlorofluorobenzene is prepared by diazotizating of 2,4-dichloro aniline and substituting of 2,4-dichloro diazo benzene with fluorinion.The purity is 99.2% and the yield is (50.2%.)This new process is simple and suitable for industrial production.
