摘要 应用有限元方法,对双层立管进行了应力的计算分析。通过一个工程实例,阐述了模型建立,重要参数计算及结果分析的全过程,并着重分析了法兰位置,海底平管段的膨胀量及土壤的约束作用这三者对立管内部应力的显著影响,可为立管设计者借鉴。 This paper presents a method to implement the stress analysis on pipe-in-pipe risers subjected to complex loads. Based on a completed riser project, the entire procedure is shown, including establishing a finite element model, processing input data and analyzing calculated results. Furthermore, the effects of the location of flanges, the thermal expansion of submarine pipelines and restriction of seabed on stress distribution in a riser are analyzed.
