摘要
当前,甲基磺酸铅正在取代氟硼酸盐电镀液,广泛应用于印制板电镀与精饰、电子元件、线材和带材镀锡铅合金等电化学领域。研究了甲基磺酸铅的电化学合成方法,以替代传统的化学合成法。摸索了最佳试验参数为:电流密度5.5A/dm2;反应温度350℃,电解液流速87mL/s,反应时间为3.33h。
Electrobath of flurine borate is applied comprehensively to the fields of electroplating and delicacy decorating of printed board, electronic component, linear and strip stuff plated by tin and lead alloy.But recently, it is replaced by leadmethanesulfonate. The methods was presented for synthesizing leadmethanesulfonate by electrochemical technology in order to take the place of traditional methods. The optimum experimental condition is explored as follows: it is at 350 ℃ and I=5.5 A/dm^2, with the electrolyte flowing velocity of (87 mL/s) after 3.33 h.
