摘要
目的 探讨痔出血期间的吻合器痔上直肠粘膜环切除 (PPH)术式及其止血效果。方法 回顾性分析 4 7例痔出血期间PPH术式的临床诊治资料。结果 30例未做特殊处理 ,17例附加痔核处理 ,其中 3例单个痔核切除 ,14例痔核缝扎术 ,15例术后有不同程度的大便手纸带血 ,持续时间较短。全组无术后大出血。结论 术前、术中仔细判断痔出血类型 ,对各类出血性痔核进行相应的妥善处理 。
Objective To investigate the hemostasia effect and Procedure for Prolapse and Hemorrhoids(PPH)resulting from bleeding hemorrhoids. Methods 47 cases with PPH for bleeding hemorrhoids were analyzed retrospectively.Results There were 30 cases with PPH, 17 cases with PPH and other hemorrhoids treating methods including 3 cases with single hemorrhoids stone resection and 14 cases with transfixion to hemorrhoids stone;15 post-operative cases had stool paper blood for a short period and no case had massive hemorrhage.Conclusion PPH is a safe and effective method for bleeding hemorrhoids.
