摘要 目的 观察慢性硬脑膜下血肿 (CSDH)钻孔引流术后颅内积气吸收的情况 ,并探讨发生张力性气颅的时间。方法  30例CSDH钻孔引流术的患者 ,术后复查头颅CT ,观察分析术后头颅积气的有关资料。结果 所有患者在术后第 3天头部CT检查均提示有颅内积气 ,其中 70 .6 %为少量积气 ,2 9.4 %为中量积气 ;少量积气在 2周内吸收完 ,中量积气在 4周内吸收完。结论 CSDH钻孔引流术后张力性气颅发生率较低 ,一般发生在术后 Objective To observe the disappearance of intracranial air after burr hole of chronic subdural hematoma.Methods The clinical data of 30 patients with chronic subdural hematoma undergoing burr hole and drainage from 1997 to 2001 were retrospectively analyzed.Results Air existed in all patients subject to computed tomographic scans obtained first on the third postoperative day. 70.6% of the intracranial air were judged to be small and the other 29.4% of the pneumocephali were ranked as moderate. Small amount of pneumocephalus was absorbed within 2 weeks. Moderate amount of pneumocephalus was absorbed within 4 weeks.Conclusion Tension pneumocephalus mainly occurs within two weeks after a burr hole craniotomy of chronic subdural hematoma
