摘要
目的 评价 5种艾滋病初筛试剂的灵敏度及特异性。方法 将卫生部临床检验中心发放的标准质控血清做一稀释系列 ,用艾滋病初筛试剂对此系列进行检测 ,从而初步判断该试剂的灵敏度 ;对艾滋病抗体初筛阳性的标本进行免疫印迹法及RIBA确认 ,上述结果均为阴性的标本视为假阳性标本 ,从而计算试剂的灵敏度及特异性。结果 进口试剂灵敏度高于国产试剂 ,特异性则无显著差异 ;检测出现的假阳性与显色剂及包被抗原的纯度有关。结论 根据试剂灵敏度和特异性 。
Objective To compare the sensitivity and specificity of 5 anti-HIV screening reagents.Methods Using the quality control material distributed by the Chinese Center of Clinical Laboratory and its dilution sequence, the sensitivity of the reagents were determined. After screening the anti-HIV, Western blot and RIBA were used to determine the false positive rate. The sensitivity and specificity were calculated, and the causes for false positive rate were discussed.Results The sensitivity of the imported diagnostic reagents was higher than that of home-made diagnostic ones, but there existed no significant difference in the specificity between them. The purity of the coated-antigen was related with the quality of the reagents.Conclusion Proper anti-HIV diagnostic reagents were chosen in terms of their sensitivity and specificity.
