摘要
肝素化聚合物因具抗凝血性能,已作为新型生物医用材料制造人造器官。本文对肝素与聚合物结合的工艺、聚合物中肝素的确认、肝素释放和经皮吸收以及制备肝素透皮制剂的前景作了综述。
The advances in techniques for immobilization of heparin to pro-duce heparinized polymer,a novel biomedical material for artificial organs,de-termination of heparin content in polymer,heparin release and the prospect of transdermal heparin dosage form are reviewed.
