摘要
目的 研究烧结温度对牙科氧化锆增韧陶瓷 (zirconiatoughenedceramic,ZTC)物理性能和弯曲强度的影响。方法 3 %摩尔比的三氧化二钇 (3mol%Y2 O3)稳定氧化锆粉体干压成型后 ,分别在 1 4 90℃、1 530℃、1 570℃、1 61 0℃烧结 ,然后测试其密度、表面气孔率、线收缩率和弯曲强度。结果 从本项实验所得数据中可以看出 ,随着烧结温度的升高 ,氧化锆增韧陶瓷的密度和线收缩率呈上升趋势 ,表面气孔率呈下降趋势 ,弯曲强度呈现先上升后下降趋势。结论 在所设定的温度范围内 ,从烧结温度低和强度高的要求进行选择 ,3mol%Y2 O3稳定氧化锆增韧陶瓷的最佳烧结温度在1
Objective To investigate the effects of sintering temperature on the physical and mechanical properties of dental zirconia toughened ceramic (ZTC) Methods 3 mol% yttria stabilized zirconia compacts were prepared by dry press method and then sintered at 1 490 ℃, 1 530 ℃, 1 570 ℃ and 1 610 ℃ respectively The physical properties and bending strength were then measured Results The result of the study indicated along with the rise of sintering temperature density and shrinkage of ZTC increased , but the pore structure decreased It also showed the peak of bending strength was in 1 570 ℃ Conclusions In terms of sintering temperature and bending strength among the selected temperature, the best sintering temperature of 3 mol% yttria stabilized zirconia should be about 1 570 ℃
