摘要
分析汽包水位监控保护测量系统按2套就地水位表、3套差压水位计配置(简称“5套配置”)的缺陷及采用“5套配置”的客观原因。介绍“多测孔接管”技术不需在汽包上开孔而增加独立取样测孔,解决了汽包原有水位测孔过少影响合理配置的难题及新型电接点水位测量筒高精度取样、高可靠性传感,使电接点水位计可靠地用于监视主表和保护。简介汽包水位测量系统优化配置原则与效果,建议尽早修订有关“5套配置”的规定。
Five setups of drum water level measurement system include: 2 local water level gauges, 3 differential pressure water level gauges
(called 'five setups' for short). The paper analyzes the defects of drum water level monitoring, protection and measurement system based
upon 'five setups'and the objective reasons for adopting 'five setups'; introduces the 'connecting pipe with multiple measuring holes'
technique; in which, it is not necessary to drill independent sampling holes additionally on the drum, so as to solve the difficulty of affecting
the rational setup as a result of too insufficiency of original water level measuring holes; also introduces the new type electric contact water
level measuring column with high accuracy sampling and high reliability sensing so as to enable the electric contact water level gauge to be
used reliahly to monitor the main instruments and protection. Finally this paper briefs the principle and effect of optimized setup of drum
water level measurement system and proposes to amend the stipulations on 'five setups' as soon as possible.
