摘要 目的 通过WASCA波前像差分析仪检查和分析LASIK手术前后眼波前像差的改变。方法 对序列病例的 46人 86眼进行术前术后波前像差检查。分高、中、低 3个屈光度组。结果 各组内术后C8、C9、C12的改变有显著性差异 (P <0 0 1)。术前三组间的各项系数无显著性差异 ;而术后 10d及 1个月时 ,C12在三组间有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 )。三组间术前的RMSPVOPD及PVOPD、PVOPDHO有显著性差异 (P <0 0 1) ,而RMSPVOPDHO无显著性差异。各组内术后的RMSPVOPD、PVOPD、PVOPDHO均比术前减小 ,有显著差异 ,但RMSPVOPDHO比术前增大。结论 屈光手术可以改变眼部的像差。屈光度愈高 ,总体像差愈大 ,术后变化愈大。但在不同的屈光度组间 ,高阶像差术前术后有差别 ,没有显著性。 ObjectiveTo analyze the aberration changes of human eyes after LASIK through WASCA aberrometer.MethodsA prospective,randomized clinical study was taken in 86 eyes of 46 myopia patients received LASIK.Preoperative and postoperative examinations were performed.The patients were assigned to three different groups according to the diopter before the surgery.ResultsIn the examination of WASCA,C8,C9 and C12 were significantly changed following LASIK(P<0.01) among the high,moderate and low myopia groups.Preoperatively,there were no significant difference of coefficients,but after surgery,C12 showed great difference among the three groups(P<0.05).Significant differences of PV OPD,RMS PV OPD and PV OPD HO were revealed among three groups(P<0.01),but no for RMS PV OPD HO.In postoperation,RMS PV OPD,PV OPD and PV OPD HO were decreased,but RMS PV OPD HO was increased in comparison with that of preoperation.ConclusionLASIK can induce the change of ocular aberrations.The higher of myopia is,the larger of PV OPD.Postoperatively,high order aberration show difference without statistical significance in comparison with that of preoperation.
