摘要
本文研究了一般2-DG方法的特点及其基本原理,提出了基于代谢率为基础的放射性自显影图象的处理方法,能准确、及时地对大量的放射性自显影图片进行定量分析、处理和比较。从而使定量2-DG方法在医学研究中具有实际的应用价值。
The 2-deoxyglucose (2-DG) method is a new approach to morphological and physiological study. Based on the characteristics and principles of the traditional 2-deoxyglucose method, we have developed an autoradiography image processing system for quantitative autoradiography analysis. In this system, the autoradiography is scanned into computer by a scanner, and its local cerebral metabolic rate of glucose is determined by comparison of gray between the tissue image and plastic standard image. The system can be used for massive autoradiography processing, quantitative analysis and metabolic rate comparison of glucose, thus making the 2-deoxyglucose method of practical value for medical research.
