摘要
马尔尼菲青霉病是由具有双相性的马尔尼菲青霉菌引起的少见深部真菌病 ,具有较高的死亡率。常见的临床表现包括发热、贫血、咳嗽、体重减轻、肝脾及淋巴结肿大和特征性的皮损 ,以肠道症状为主要表现者较少。我们报告 1例以肠道症状为首发的马尔尼菲青霉病患者。
Penicilliosis Marneffei caused by the dimorphic fungus Penicillium Marneffei is a rare deep mycoses,which has a high mortality.The common clinical manifestation of Penicilliosis Marneffei include fever,anemia,cough,weight loss,hepatosplenomegaly,generalized lymphadenopathy, and characteristic skin lesion,but symptoms of gut is little.We diagnosed and treated one case penicilliosis marneffei manifested by symptoms of gut firstly.
