摘要
目的 观察复发性生殖器疱疹患者应用盐酸万乃洛韦抑制疗法期间疱疹的复发情况。方法 选择频发性生殖器疱疹患者 (平均每年发作 6次以上 ) ,应用盐酸万乃洛韦 3 0 0mg ,2次 /d ,至皮损消失 ,临床痊愈。盐酸万乃洛韦抑制疗法 :开始剂量为 3 0 0mg ,1次 /d ,连服 4周 ,然后减量为盐酸万乃洛韦 3 0 0mg ,隔日 1次 ,连服 1年。 结果 符合观察标准的 46例 ,连续使用盐酸万乃洛韦 3个月的无复发率为 86.96%(4 0 / 46)。在第 2、第 3和第 4个 3个月中 ,无复发率分别为 80 .43 %(3 7/ 46) ,84.78%(3 9/ 46) ,82 .61%(3 8/ 46) ,1年的无复发率为 71.74%(3 3 / 46)。结论 盐酸万乃洛韦持续抑制疗法能很好地预防生殖器疱疹复发。
Objective To investigate relapse rate of recurrent genital herpes in the stage of valacyclovir hydrochloride lizhuwei suppression therapy.Methods The patients with recurrent genital herpes were dosed lizhuwei 300 mg Bid.after herpes resolution and clinic cure,the patients continued to take lizhuwei 300 mg once a day for 4 weeks.and then,the dose of lizhuwei were decreased to 300 mg once two days for more than one year. Results 46 patients with genital herpes were observed,there is a unrelapse rate of 86.96%and 71.74% respectively in continued dosing of 3 months and one year.and also there is a unrelapse rate of 80.43%,84.78%and 82.61% respectively in the second,the third and the fourth three months of continued dosing.Conclusion Lizhuwei suppression therapy have high effect in preventing relapse of genital herpes.
