摘要
目的:观察髁突骨折应用微型钛板内固定治疗的临床效果。方法:23例髁突骨折采用耳前或下颌下切口,以微型钛板行坚固内固定,随访观察6～36个月。结果:23例张口度均大于30mm,咬合关系良好,张口型满意,无下颌偏斜,关节区疼痛和弹响3例。结论:微型钛板性能稳定、改建成形容易,钛板内固定稳定可靠,手术治疗可免除颌间牵引或缩短颌间牵引时间,是治疗髁突骨折的良好方法。
PURPOSE:To observe the clinical effect of microplates in interfixing way to treat condylar fracture.METHODS:Microplates were used in rigid internal fixation in23cases of condylar fractures after making anterior au-ricular or submandibular incision,who were observed for6months to36months.RESULTS:23cases the degree of opening mouth was more than3.0cm,occlusions and articulation were restored,no hemiorthognathism,3cases ache and snap happened in temporomandibular articulation.CONCLUSION:Microplates has stable property and easy to recon-struct.It is stable and practicable.Surgical treatment can avoid intermaxillary elastic traction or reduce traction time,it is a good method for treating condylar fracture.
