摘要
将麦芽凝集素-棘根过氧化物酶(WGA-HRP)注入猫前庭神经下核(DVN)或内侧核(MVN),观察标记终末在小脑蚓部皮质的分布。结果表明:标记终末分布区在整个小脑蚓部呈边缘不整齐的锯齿状纵长带状分布,此带最宽处距正中线向外约3.0mm,最窄处约0.8mm。标记终末主要分布在小脑小叶的根部和中间部,位于两侧的蚓部,同侧的标记终末数量多于对侧。在首裂附近和Ⅸ、Ⅹ小叶有两个密集分布区。前叶和后叶(包括Ⅹ小叶)的标记终末数量大约相等。
After injections of 2～3% WGA-HRP into the DVN and MVN, we found that the labeled terminals were distributed as a longitudinal band in the cerebellar vermal cortex. The rim of the band is not sharply demarcated, the widest part of the band to the midline is about 3.0mm, the narrowest part is about 0.8mm. The labeled terminals are mainly located in basal part of the lobules and in the bilateral vermal lobules from Ⅰto Ⅹ, with more terminals ipsilaterally than those contralaterally. There are two dense areas of the labeled terminals, one near the primal fissure and the other in the lobules of Ⅸ and Ⅹ. The amount of the labeled terminals in anterior lobe is approximately the same as that in posterior lobe.
