摘要
目的 探讨参脉注射液对烧伤患者免疫功能的影响。方法 将 4 0例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组 ,分别给予相应的常规治疗 ,其中治疗组在给予常规治疗的同时 ,应用参脉注射液 5 0ml加入 1 0 %葡萄糖 2 5 0ml中静脉点滴 ,每天 1次 ,疗程为 1 0天。两组患者在治疗前、后分别测定外周血中免疫球蛋白 (IgA、IgG、IgM)及T细胞亚群 (CD3 、CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8)。结果 治疗组应用参脉注射液后CD3 、CD4显著升高 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,两组治疗前后IgG、IgA、IgM无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 参脉注射液能提高烧伤伤员的免疫力 。
Objective To investigate the influences of Shenmai Injection (SMI) on immune functions in burned patients.Methods Forty patients were randomly divided into the treated group and the control group. Based on the conventional therapy for two groups, the SMI 50ml+5% glucose 250ml infused intravenously once a day was added in the treated group. The therapeutic course was 10 days for two groups. Before and after therapy,the T cell subgroup of peripheral blood (CD 3 ,CD 4 ,CD 8 ,CD 4 /CD 8 ) and immune globulin(IgA,IgG,IgM) were detected separately in both groups.Results After therapy,CD 3 and CD 4 were significantly increased in the treated group (P<0.01) while IgA,IgG and IgM were not changed in both groups(P> 0.05) .Conclusion SMI is able to improve the immune functions in the burned patients.
