摘要
简要介绍汽轮机的固体颗粒侵蚀及其对机组安全性和经济性的危害,介绍国外为预防汽轮机通流部分的某些喷嘴和动叶固体颗粒侵蚀所采用的各种表面硬化处理技术,包括等离子喷涂和扩散渗层的现场运行经验,供我国发展高性能大容量超临界压力汽轮机及亚临界压力机组受到固体颗粒侵蚀损伤恢复其性能时参考。
This paper briefs the solid particle erosion of steam turbine and its harmfulness to the safety and economics of steam turbine unit, and various surface hardening treatment technologies employed abroad to prevent some nozzles and moving blades of steam flow path of turbine from soild particle erosion, including plasma spraying, diffusion layer and operating experience on site, which may be a good refe- rence in handling the same problems occurring on large size supercritical pressure and subcritical pressure steam turbines in China.
