摘要
本文用小白鼠急性死亡率法分别估测了鱼腥草、五味子水煎液的药代动力学参数。测得:二药皆按一级动力学消除,鱼腥草呈二房室模型分布,LD_(50)(ip)为51.04±3.63g/kg(P=0.95),t1/2β为16.75h;五味子呈一房室模型分布,LD_(50)(ip)为7.42±0.65g/kg(P=0.95),t1/2为10.18h。
The apparent pharmacokinetic parameters of herba Houiiuyniae and fructus Schizandrae were estimated with the method of acute mortality of mice. Decocta of the two drugs were prepared and concentrated to adequate concentrations. The ip administration was used generally. All the two drugs were eliminated as first-order kinetics. The herba Houlluyniae, distribution appeared to be a two-compartment model, the LD_(69) (ip) -51.04±3.63g/kg, the t_(1/2) β-16.75 h. The fructus Schizandrae, distribution appeared to te a one-compartment model, the LD_(50) (ip) -7.42±0.65g/kg, the t_(1/2)-10.18h.
