摘要 简述了人胃肠道菌群的组成、分布、影响因素以及肠道菌群的生理功能 .着重介绍了近几年来分子生物学技术(例如 :1 6SrRNA基因的聚合酶链式反应、变性梯度凝胶电泳、脉冲场凝胶电泳、限制性片段长度多态性、荧光原位杂交等 )在肠道微生态学研究中的应用进展 .
