5%己唑醇在水稻中残留降解动态研究 被引量:8

摘要 根据2000-2001年(杭州、北京)己唑醇在水稻中残留动态和最终残留的研究表明,己唑醇主要分布在水稻叶、杆、壳上。正常用量下75g(有效成分,下同)/hm2,喷药后30d米中的残留量为0.032-0.116mg/kg,平均为0.074mg/kg;施药60d后米中的残留量(仅杭州2001年)为0.027mg/kg,其它均为未检出。稻叶半衰期:T1/2=8.8d,稻杆半衰期:T1/2=11.2d,稻壳半衰期:T1/2=7.9d。最终残留试验表明,水稻中的己唑醇残留量3次>2次>1次。 Anvil 5% residue dynamics and final residue levels were measured in 2000 and 2001 in rice paddies near Hangzhou and Beijing. Anvil 5% was primarily distributed on leaves, stems, and hulls.Under normal application rates of 75 g a. i./ha, Anvil residues in rice grain 30 d after application were 0.032 to 0.116 mg/kg, with an average of 0.074mg/kg. At 60 d after application, residues were 0.027 mg/kg at Hangzhou in 2001 (Hangzhou in 2000 and Beijing were not determined). The half-life of Anvil was 8.8 d in leaves, 11.2 days in stems, and 7.9 days in hulls. Final residues were highest after three applications, lower after two applications, and least after a single application.
