摘要
从七叶树科植物天师栗的种子中首次分得6种化学成分:胡萝卜甙(daucosterol-,Ⅰ),D-(+)-葡萄糖[D-(+)-glucos,Ⅱ],廿烷醇(eicosal.Ⅲ),1-丁氧基-2,2,2-三氟乙醇(ethand-1-butoxy-2,2,2-trichloro,Ⅳ),正丁基-β-D-吡喃果糖甙(n-butyl-β-D-fructopyranoside.Ⅴ),天师栗酸(wilsonieacid,Ⅵ),其中天师栗酸为新化合物。
Six compounds were isolated for the firsttime from the seeds of Aesculus wilsonii Rehd.They were identified as daucosterol(Ⅰ),d (+)-glucose(Ⅱ),eicosanol(Ⅲ),ethanol-1-butoxy-2,2,2-trichloro(Ⅳ),n-butyl-d-fructopyranoside(Ⅴ),wilsonic acid(Ⅵ)by spectroscopic andchemical methods.
