糖尿病足防治中盲区的教育模式探讨 被引量:1

摘要 [目的 ]探索一种较好的糖尿病足防治中盲区的知识教育模式。[方法 ]选取 15 0例糖尿病 (DM )病人 ,其中糖尿病足 (DF) 80例 ,入院时先评估与病人健康有关的资料 ,测试病人现有的糖尿病及糖尿病足的防治知识 ,然后针对知识盲区应用糖尿病足国际临床指南进行健康教育 ,并对教育效果进行评价。 [结果 ]教育前后病人糖尿病知识理论、生活卫生常识和认知改变、合适的足部保护措施、识别高危因素能力、足部情况的检查和处理能力得分差异均具有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 0 1) ;且教育后DF病人不良生活习惯和行为明显改善。 [结论 ]针对盲区标准化的教育模式有利于糖尿病和糖尿病足的预防和控制。 Objective: to probe into a better education model for the blind section of prophylaxis and treatment of diabetic foot.Method:a total of 150 cases diabetes mellitus were selected and among them, 80 cases were with diabetic foot (DF). Health education data of patients were evaluated before their admission. And the knowledge about prophylaxis and treatment of both diabetes mellitus and diabetic foot that patients already had was tested. Then, health education had been carried out for them by applying international clinical guidelines for diabetic foot in the aim of their knowledge blind section. Finally, based on the tests before and after health education, health education effects were assessed. Result: in terms of the grasp of theoretical knowledge about diabetes mellitus, common knowledge of living hygiene and cognition changes, appropriate foot protective measures, ability to know the high risk factors, and ability of foot examination and handling scorings, there were statistical significances between patients before and after health education (all P<0.001).Conclusion:a standard health education model for blind section in grasp of knowledge about diabetes mellitus is beneficial to both the prophylaxis and control of diabetes mellitus and diabetic foot.
