摘要
目的优选益肾降压颗粒的提取工艺。方法采用正交设计法 ,以总固体、总黄酮为指标 ,优选提取工艺。结果最佳提取工艺条件为A2B3C2D2 :6 0 %乙醇 ,7倍量 ,提取 2次 ,每次 1h。结论 :通过正交设计实验优选的益肾降压颗粒提取工艺条件稳定。
Objective To fix optium extracting technology of Yishenjiangya Granules.Method With the content of the total flavone and total solid as the index , designing orthogonal test according L9(34) factor levels for optimum technology of extracting technology of Yishenjiangya Granules. Results : The best extraction technology is A2B3C2D2 , that is :extract the medicinal materials together , 60% ethnol , with the volume of 7 folds of medicinal materials , refluxing and extracting for 2 times , 1 hour for every turn. Conclusion The optimized process is feasible for the extraction of Yishenjiangya Granules
