摘要
目的 :探讨枕项部巨大软组织缺损的修复方法。方法 :清创后用肌皮瓣、局部皮瓣、皮片或联合应用进行修复。结果 :所有病人均取得较好效果 ,优良 6 / 7。结论 :针对不同病人选择合适的疗法可以取得较好效果。
Objective:To explore the method of repairing occipitonuchal massive soft tissue defect. Method: After debrided,the wounds were repaired with musculocutaneous flaps,skin flaps,skin grafts or combined ones. Result: The effects of all repair were quite good.The ratio of better efficacy was 6/7. Conclusion: The therapy varied with patient's condition can improue curative effect.
