摘要
本文用明胶为囊材,将硫酸庆大霉素包成微型胶囊,包囊率(药物被包的百分比)为82.10%±1.17%。并对微囊的主药含量、内含药物的体外释放及其稳定性进行了研究,结果累积释放曲线的3个主要参数 T_(50),Td 及 m 分别为24.4±0.1min,29.9±0.1min 和1.81±0.03。
Gelatin was used to make microcapsules con-taining gentamycin sulfate.The capsule-formingpercentage Was 82.10%±1.17%.The content ofthe major drugs and the in vitro release and stabilityof the inclusions were studied.Three major parame-ters of accumulative release curve T_(50),T_d and mwere estimated to be 24.4±0.1(min),29.9±0.1(min)and 1.81±0.03 respectively.
