摘要
卷曲霉素原料生产过程中,用活性炭处理热原质较难使其合格。本文以鲎试剂检测超滤器处理卷曲霉素料液中的热原质,保证了产品的热原检验符合规定。
It is difficult to remove pyrogen by activecharcoal in the production of capreomycin.In ourstudy,pyrogen in capreomycin solution was exam-ined by TAL,and removed by an ultrafllter.TALand ultrafilter were used coordinately so that theproduct were assured according to the demand ofpyrogen test of the legal medicine standard.
