摘要
本文采用紫外分光光度法进行了氟哌酸胶囊的溶出度测定,该法操作简便、快速可靠。同时,对不同生产厂家不同批号进行了溶出度对比实验。经统计学处理结果表明各产品之间存在着明显差异。
The dissolution rate of capsulae acidi flu-piperi was determined by UV spectrophotometry,a simple,rapid and accurate method.Productsfrom different plants and different batches weretested and compared.Statistical analysis showedthat there was a marked difference in dissolutionrate between plants and batches.
