针对药材市场存在的药品质量问题,从技术因素、药品质量监督和市场管理、人员素质和资源保护等方面较系统地分析了导致中药材质量下降的原因,从战略的高度提出重视人材培养、加强药材生产的计划调控和技术管理,以及野生资源保护的建议.
Directed at the quality problem of traditional medicinal materials in the market, a systematic analysis is made of the factors affecting the Chinese medicinal materials, such as technics, drug supervision, market management, personnel, and protection of resources} and it is suggested that more attention be devoted to training of personnel, management of the medicinal materials prduction and protection of natural resources.
