摘要
为了探讨瑜伽形体练习对女大学生的健身作用及机制 ,本研究从山东艺术学院随机抽取女大学生 45名 (年龄为2 0 12 +1 0 8)对照组 (n =2 2 0 )进行正常的学习和生活 ,而实验组 (n =2 5 )则进行为期 6个月的瑜伽形体练习 ,实验结果显示 :瑜伽形体练习可以增加女大学生的心肺功能 ,改变女大学生的柔韧性 ,有效缓解各种不同程度的紧张与压力。
In order to argue for the Yoga's healthy influence on college girl students and its mechanism as well,this paper picked out 45 students form Shandong College of Art by chance (Age at 20 12±1 08),Comparising group(n=20) is asrced to study and live cegularly as before,while experimenfal group(n=25) is asked to practise Yoga for six months.Experiment results indicate that:Yoga is able to reinfore their pneumonil function as well as keep fit and their pliancy.And Yoga isalso supposed to release to some degnee their tension and pressure.
