摘要
17种α-蝎神经毒素按其三维结构特征可分为三大组,从马氏钳蝎(Buthus martensi Karsch)分离纯化的BmK 1和BmK 2均归属于第2组.结果显示三维结构分组与免疫学分组及毒理作用有很好的一致性,这表明三维结构的亲缘性可在一定程度上反映免疫学的亲缘性和毒理学的相似性,此外,本文还初步探讨了该类毒素的进化,结果表明毒素的毒性与三维结构的进化有关,在历史进程上有逐渐增强的趋势。
Seventeen α-type scorpionneurotoxins were divided into three major groups according to their three-dimensional structure features. BmK 1 and BmK 2, the toxins purified from Buthus martensi Karsch, belonged to group 2. The classification of the toxins we proposed showed a satisfactory agreement with the immunological grouping and toxicity. These results suggest that the resemblance of three-dimensional structure features of the toxins can reflect the similarity of immunological and toxicological properties to a certain extent. In addition, the evolution of the toxins was tentatively studied. The results show that the toxicity of the toxins seems to be correlated with the evolution of their three-dimensional structure.
