摘要
观察40例原发性高血压患者循环血中6—Keto—PCF_(1α)LPO,TXB_2及血脂水平。随机将病人分为粉防己碱组(每次0.1~0.2g。Tid,po,n=22)和硝苯啶组(每次5~20mg,Tid,po,n=18),治疗3个月,发现两药在降压的同时尚使TXB_2、LPO、apoB_(100)水平降低,使6—KetO—PGF(1u)和apoA;水平升高.硝苯啶还有降低血脂作用,而粉防己碱则无此作用。提示粉防己碱与硝苯啶有促进PGI_2合成,抑制TXA_a释放和抗过氧化作用。
The effects of tetrandrine on serum TXB2, 6 - Keto - PGF1α, LPO and lipids in patients(n= 40)with essential hypertension has been studied. The results showed that: (1) The levels of serum 6 - Keto -PGF1α,apoA1 in EHT were lower and the level of serum TXB2,LPO and apoB100 were higher than those in control. (2)Patients with essential hypertension treated with tetrandrine (0.1 ~ 0. 2g,tid,po)for 3 mon revealed that the
levels of TXB2, LPO and apoB100 were decreased, and the levels of apoA1 and 6 - Keto - PGF1α were increased. In conslusion,tetrandrine stimulated the synthesis of PGI2 and inhibited the release of TXA2 and normalized the metabolism of lipids in patients with essential hypertension.
